Booking Conditions
To secure your booking please pay a 50% deposit online at least 1 week in advance or 1 day before the tour at our office in Hoi An.
The client is responsible for any bank charges.
The balance must be paid before the departure.

Cancellation
If we have to cancel your tour due to bad weather and cannot re-schedule on another day, 100% cash refund applies.
No refund will be given in the event of cancellation on your side less than 24 hours before or during the tour.

Insurance
Our tours do not include personal insurance.
Each participant must have individual repatriation insurance and provide information of the nearest representative office to Vietnam which we can contact in case of emergency.
We ask each participant in our tours to sign a disclaimer stipulating that he/she contract personal insurance and that HAMA will not, in any circumstances, have to assume the responsibility or the expenses caused in the event of accident or disease. Any expenses incurred by HAMA in such circumstances will have to be reimbursed.

Our tours include:

• Experienced English-speaking guide
• Minsk motorbike or semi-automatic scooter
• 3rd party insurance for motorbikes
• Fuel
• All meals as indicated
• All accommodation as indicated (twin share)
• Snacks
• Entry fees and ferry crossings
• International safety standard helmet
• Drinking water and soft drinks
• Saddle bags, gloves & rain ponchos, if needed

Tours exclude:

• Alcohol
• Visa
• Personal & motorbike insurance (for motorcycle accident)
• Personal expenses/tips
• Damages to motorcycle (we only charge local prices, it is cheap to fix bikes, and we cover the small damages up to 10USD)

Hotels in Hoi An and transfers to the airport/train station are not included but can be arranged.
